FuneralSmart will make contact Funeral Home Partners in your area who will contact you, usually within 1 hour. They will discuss your funeral options, budget and arrangements tailored to your individual needs. If not, please contact us at support@ezifunerals.com.au.

Yes. FuneralSmart has arrangements with some of the best family owned and independent funerals directors across Australia. If none of these are suitable, you are under no obligation to sign a contract.

Your funeral home will be able to inform you when they contact you to discuss details. The funeral date is dependent on a range of factors. Timings vary by state and your funeral home is best placed to assist you.

The funeral home professional fees, specified in the website are ‘recommended prices only’. Any Funeral Home Partner can charge a higher fee or negotiate lower fees and charges, at their discretion. Ask questions and get an itemised quote prior to making your selection.

Note: Legal and third party fees are charged by government agencies, crematoriums/cemeteries, Doctors, florists, celebrants and the like are fixed and outside the control of the funeral home – they cannot be changed.

There is an additional fixed fee charged to you by the Crematorium and/or Cemetery. This is a legal requirement and this cost will vary depending on your location and the provider used by the funeral home. We recommend you discuss this fixed fee the Funeral Home prior to signing any contract. Optional extras selected by you will also be an additional cost. No. FuneralSmart provides an online service to help consumers find the best funeral at an affordable price.

No. We do not receive commissions from your selected funeral home. Member funeral homes who decide to list on our site pay a monthly subscription or lead fee only.

We take customer data very seriously. Your customer details are stored securely. They will only be supplied to your chosen funeral home who will require to login to a secure website so they can contact you and take you through the next steps for purchase.
